Hi, I’m currently on the NBN12  bundle, been offered to switch to Home Wireless Broadband 49.99 pm 20mbps max.

Can you confirm the new modem will be sent free?

Can I run an ethernet cable from the modem to my desktop computer?

Is the definition of “off peak” the same as it is for NBN plans?

Can you indicate likely speeds for my area – Mortdale. I know it would vary but would be looking for consistently 12mbps or above.
