I have been waiting for my sim card delivery for over 2 weeks (from 04/03/2024), and I still haven't received my card. I am really disappointed because as the website says, the card will be delivered to my home the next business day (I am living in Sydney CBD, quite a convenient place). EVEN though I HAVE PAID my first month's bill automatically, there is still NO SIM CARD in my mailbox. There is no option to pick it up in person as well.
