Are you unable to receive any OTP from anyone at all or is it just from a particular company? Is incoming and outgoing SMS working though?
You can try the following steps, see that solves it:
- Restart your phone
- Turn on/off the airplane mode
- Check message permission/blocked number (if applicable)
- Try SIM on a different handset
- Perform reset network
