How long do you normally spend on phone to support? I need support, and have been a long time tpg customer. Waited 45 mins and I hung up. Waited 15 mins the next day and they hung up. Now as I type this 35 minutes waiting.
Lightening hit my house, fried my modem. At this stage as not in contract, it's faster to get a new internet provider! They would answer and send me a new box quicker?
