Activation

Hi there,

We’ve moved into our new home and I’ve emailed through our Proof of Occupancy. How long will activation take? It’s really hard working from home and not having internet. Is there a way of quickening the process?

Hi @aidenkellock, 

NBN installation can generally take 10 working days however, we still provide a timeframe of 2-30 working days.

Recent update indicated that the Proof of Occupancy has been received by one of our Case Managers and is awaiting updates from NBN. 

The activation email should be received within 24-48hrs.
