Hello!
I am Teddy Choi from Emarsys Limited and dealing with our client’s deliverability issue
We have seen the block bounces in one of our 0/24 IP range when our client is sending to the "iinet.com.au" mailbox since 8/Nov/2021.
Below is the bounce code we received:
554 icp-osb-irony-in10.iinet.net.au Your access to this mail system from [IP ADDRESS] has been rejected due to the sending MTA's poor reputation. If you believe that this failure is in error, please contact the intended recipient via alternate means.
I tried to send email to postmaster@iinet.com.au and abuse@iinet.com.au but no response yet.
May I check if there any other contact point to deal with the iinet.com.au delivery issue?
