Get online support
I have a storefront on my website but since the beginning of this month i have not been able to receive emails from the storefront when orders are placed.
The Storefront IT gurus have stated that TPG are blocking my IP Addresses and have asked me to get
TPG to whitelist them.
How do i get this done ??

Are you using a TPG email or a third party one?
How did they know that we are blocking your IP address? Did they give you a test result to confirm that?
