There was an NBN outage that affected your ability (along with 52 other customers) to use the internet service. This was raised by NBNCo at 9:18AM AEST and has been declared resolved as of 5:40PM AEST. Based on the report of NBNCo, due to road works in the area, the power to some NBN equipments were removed which then caused the outage.
I can see that your modem is already connected for almost 3 hours. If you're still struggling to go online, please let us know so we can check it further.
