Based on the previous thread. It is a browser issue, which you may try installing a new browser or uninstall and reinstall the Google Chrome.
i tried this ie reloading chrome
it didnt work
there is a defintie clash with chrome and tpg email
google say its not them
what can tpg do?
its a pain
reinstalling chrome did not work
Have you tried another web browser? There's no changes on our end and other customers was able to use a different web browser to attach the files.
You may also use an Email client software/application as an alternative.
