Can't receive email from The Messaging Company for email transfer

Since we have all been shafted by TPG for our home email which we thought we would have for life, has anyone else had trouble receiving a PIN verification email from The Messaging Company?  I have tried over 20 times and still can't recieve the email for a verification PIN.  Both TPG and The Messaging Company have been totally useless in helping me.

Did you check your Junk or Spam folder if the PIN was directed there?

Are you using a computer to process the transfer?

Yes, checked the junk and spam folders.  Nothing in there.  I am using a computer to obtain the email.  I have another email address with TPG which received the code within minutes.  I can't receive one with my Xxxxx@tpg.com.au account.
