Get online support
I'm able to use the web browser to send and receive emails but when sending emails through Outlook an error message says:
User xxxx@tpg.com.au is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse.
I want to use Outlook rather than the web browser.
My other tpg email address is sending emails successfully. Have tried to update my password in Account Settings in Outlook but message says 'something went wrong'.
How can I fix this?

We recommend for customers to try changing the email account password to refresh the service.
If it is done, but the issue persists, then please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number along with the email address that's affected.
