Can't send emails

Hi I can't send emails and keep gettng this message:

"Failure sending message. Email address not valid. Please use email address which looks like"

This is not the first time this has happened. The first time I was told it was an issue at TPG and was fixed. The second time I was told I must have done something and again TPG fixed it.

Can someone please advise how I can fix this issue? I'm nearly at the stage of cancelling all the services I have with TPG.  Thanks
