Cant contact billing, no links available, congestion?

Hi, im going to be 3 days late to pay my bill, i tried to contact billling 5x over the last three days, with no luck, the phone says no links available, something about congestion, i simply wanted to ask for a hold to be placed on my auto direct debit, meanwhile the direct debit has been attempted 4x resulting in 40$ of extra transaction fees, this is my fault but 40$+ for transaction fees, what? please put a hold on my direct debit auto payment, it will be paid in 24 hours max, and please go some way to reimbursing me for all the failed direct debit attemps, my username is "ibanezxr" also i read that while no links are available due to congestion, i will not be able to call life saving emergency services either? I'm a MS patient, who may need this at spome point, can someone please reassure me about this or i will have no choice where my life is concerned. i will have my hand forced by TPG. to move to a different provider, without paying out the contract that is not beling forfilled as contractedq@$#!@%#@%$
