Still no help from TPG Chariot Webmail about their loss of all my sent emails. That says it all?

I have documentation in my mailbox that was sent to the Australian Government and now I cannot ensure confidentiality as I am prevented from trashing old mail. No one informed me that TPG intended to close down the Chariot mail server. Only after the crisis started did I get wind of such a proposal. I have submitted a letter to the ACCC.

Mail doesn't work. Management are uncontactable. The suggestion that the mail server is being fixed is still in use. The claim that the server is being closed down is also in use. What a way to treat customers!
