Constant disconnect since 'planned maintenance'

I had one of those "planned maintenance in your area" emails a few weeks back, saying:

NBNCo planned maintenance in your area will occur between 12AM - 6AM from 18/11/22 to 18/11/22.

 

Since then, every morning we have had to reset our modem / rounter, as there is no longer a connection; some days, the connection is so poor, we have to reset things then, too.

 

Anyone else having similar issues?

The planned maintenance should not affect the current performance of the service. Let us help check the connection status and identify what causing issues with the connection. Could you shoot us a PM with your details.
