Hi there,
In the past couple of weeks, we've noticed our internet dropping offline and/or experiencing very slow speeds particularly the evening (9pm AEST onwards).
I just ran the speedtest (using http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/) and a download speed of 2 Mbps (check was run at approx 10:45 pm). I'm on a 50 NBN plan.
Can you please check our line to see if there are any issues which may be contributing to drop outs and/or extremely slow speeds.

Hi there,
I just ran another speed test (using http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/) and could only get 5.0 Mbps. The upload speed was 9.0 Mbps which isn't great either.

The modem shows that it has been stable for almost 3 days. If you are connected via WiFi, then it is possible that signal interference is causing the issue.
