EMAIL TRANSFER HAS NOT HAPPENED - WHY?

My email has not been transferred over to the new service.

 

With that I am not getting full service - I can't adjust settings - emails are randomly going to junk!!!! I am unable to adjust through settings.   When will my account be transferred???? I have been a customer for almost 25 years - come on - do better!

Hi @desmondg 

 

The migration is still ongoing and you'll be notified once your account has been transferred to The Messaging Company.

 

As soon as it gets completed, you'll be able to adjust the filter settings.
