Email Issue

For the last few days any emails I send from my Android Phone email app (standard app) to my TPG email take hours to be received. Any emails I send to my Gmail account go through straight away as normal.

When I send them on the phone it appears to leave the phone, shows up as "sent" but not received on the phone, on my laptop email outlook express and NOT showing up in the TPG Post Office. Many hours later they do appear as they should have originally.

Toady I receievd an email which is related to this issue, which was titled "Warning: could not send message for past 8 hours.

Soemdetails in the email was "Connection reset by rpt-cro-sph01.tpgi.com.au."

Also had an attachment which said:

Hi @jesdanco

Welcome to the Community!

Are you sending an Email to your TPG email address using a different/third party email address?

How about using a different device (computer) to send the email? Did you receive it instantly compared to your Android phone?
