Email on Samsung S10

I have read other post and have set up my email as per the setting listed on

 

https://www.tpg.com.au/support/android.php

 

However I am unable to send emails?

 

I have delted the account several times and added the account again and still it will not send email

Are you getting any error whenever you're sending emails? May we know which email client you have set up your email into?

I am using the email app on the Samsung S10

 

I get the message that email was unable to be sent

  • Have you tried the steps on the above article? 
  • Does it work using TPG Post Office? 
  • Is it happening on just 1 email or all outgoing mails?
  • Please provide us with the email address via private message as well as a screenshot of the error

All outgoing emails for my tpg email account

Have you looked in the Outbox as the error message suggests to see what went wrong?

Yes - just says Couldn't send email and to try again. Keep trying but no email ever sends

So, when you open the unsent email item in Outbox, there is nothing extra added to the item apart from that it couldn't be sent; no error text or number codes? Or, maybe some other mail item in Outbox sent by the postmaster?
