Email setup on Windows 10 and Outlook 2016

Following instructions already given have set up email on Windows 10 but nothing has arrived, the Iinbox is empty. I have previously been on Mac, which I am typing on, but trying to move to new Window 10 computer. Despite hours on remote access with HP, TPG  and Mocrosoft cant get working on 10 or Outllook. That will be another Question?

Hi @chardmary,

Try to check the Mac Mail  Account Information Settings if there's a tick mark on "Remove Copy from server after receiving a message"

If so, please untick it as this is likely the reason why you are unable to receive email on your outlook mail.
