Email transfer to TMC

Hi,

It is March 2024.  So far as I know, my TPG email has still not been transferred to TMC.  I am still able to access webmail via the TPG web address.  When is this transfer likely to occur?  Will it occur?

Thanks!  It seems to be taking so long, with no updated information about what is happening, clients ought to be informed regularly on progress.
