Emails from TPG to Gmail

I am unable to send emails to gmail email address's, they bounce undelivered. This creating a real problem. Please advise how this can be corrected.

Are you currently using an email client for your TPG email? Kindly try to access your TPG email via post office and send out an email. Let us know how it goes.

I use tpg postoffice, I do not use an email client.

Please contact our Post Master directly with the issue along with the bounce back notification you received for further investigation.

Send it to postmaster@tpg.com.au.

Kindly include your TPG email and username or customer ID number.
