Get online support
I can receive email to my tpg email address but when I send a reply the recipient does not receive it even though it shows as sent and is not in the outbox. How can I fix this?

Thanks for raising this with us.
Are you using an Email client or the TPG Webmail? Have you tried sending a test mail to yourself to confirm if the outgoing mail is working?
Please check the configuration if it's correct.
