This is the error message in windows live, it is happening to all my @TPG email accounts.
The message could not be sent. The setting for your outgoing email [SMTP] server might need to be configured. To find the server settings for 'jpmedia@outlook.com.au', please contact your email service provider.

Hi @Nudge . Try enabling the setting: Outgoing mail server requires authentication.
And: Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
