Export Sent items from post office

Hi

I have been having some upgrade problems with my PC which meant  Outlook wan't working for me for a week or two

There are a number of emails I have written straight from the TPG Post office, which I would like to import into the new Outlook. How do I extract a pst file from this folder?

I have been usuing the POP Server.

In Post Office, in the Sent folder, you can forward the emails to yourself. They will show up in your Inbox.

Outlook can retrieve them.

If one goes to your Spam folder, try changing the subject line.
