I have an overpayment issue due to transferring to a telecommunications company.
The company has stated that they will refund me. But the next day, I received a billing letter again. I don't understand the purpose of this letter.
Because I have already changed to a telecommunications company, I was unable to log in to my account.
Can you help me understand how I should handle it.thank you
