I can't sync my emails in outlook. I need my emails for work. I can't even access the outlook.com website while connect to TPG, but I have tried using mobile data from another carrier and it works fine. I am on a Mac desktop. Can anyone help with a solution?

It is very unusual about the case you mention by switching your internet access.
Please check the outlook configuration with your TPG email.
