IPHONE 7 NO SERVICE

Hello, I just registered for the free 1 year plan & received my Sim & number all. But when I tried to use the Sim, it keeps showing no service. What’s the issue here? I’m using an Iphone7, tried the sim on an IPhone X & it works. My other SIM card works just fine too on my phone. Would be great if I got an reply & fix for this!

Hi @Xinnyyinny Check that your iPhone 7 is set to Automatic network selection, go to settings>mobile>network Selection. if Automatic is already selected, switch it off then wait until it finds Telstra, Vodafone and Optus networks then force it to Vodafone and reboot the phone, if it then registers on the network, do the same procedure and select Automatic and reboot.
