The email that comes with the TPG service will eventually be disable, if you wish to keep the e-mail address you have the option to migrate it on E-mail Account Only. I can help you arrange one of our Account Specialists to contact you and discuss information about this, if you wish to proceed feel free to drop me a private message with your best contact number and preferred time together with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
