Internet keeps dropping out

After many years of great internet with TPG we have just started getting regular occurrences of our internet dropping out/no internet connection. We have not changed anything, and our modem is working perfectly. But regularly we will be mid doing something using internet (streaming, online meetings, study etc) and it just drops out for anywhere from 1-30mins. No outage registered at these times. Any suggestions welcome! Thanks.

What troubleshooting have you done so far?

Did you notice any changes with the light status of the modem/router when the connection drops off?
