I am very disappointed to see no email support these days on your contacts page. I would have preferred to ask by email to get a response that I could check when it was convenient to me as I may have a matter I would have like to have solved asap, but I guess I'll have to wait to call you later in about 8hrs.

At least by email you could have responded to my question before I checked it when I could, it may have or may not have been quicker but now I have to wait to get any information.
