I have not been able to login to my account both through phone and laptop. I have recharged the plan but not been able to receive the email about the change in passWord. What if the number has not been registered to the email?

Did you receive an error message when attempting to login to your account?

What type of service you have with us? Are you under the NBN, Wireless broadband or Mobile?
