My mac won't verify my tpg user name and/or password. I've been using Mail with my tpg account for years but it has now decided there is a problem. I have reset and re-entered all passwords etc. but this has not helped. Does anyone have any suggestions how to rectify? Thanks.
Hi @barry21 . What was the first indication of a problem? For example, was there an error message when you start the Mail app? Or, everything was working ok, but then an email fails to send and stays in outbox?
Does the Mail app have a logging function (Connection Doctor)?
