Mailbox - Unable to play video attachements

Hi,

Using TPG mailbox, we are unable to play any MP4 (or MOV, for that matter) file attachment.

Current versions of FireFox, Chrome & Edge tried. Windows 10 (21H2) and Win 11.

We have added the VLC plugin to FireFox - no change.


How can we fix this?

Have you tried to download the said file attachment before playing it? 

What error message did you receive upon playing the video?

 

Have you tried to use your smart phone to check if it's going to work?

We can't download the files either. As it does the same thing on 2 computers some 30km apart, I think it is something in the TPG settings/system.
