Get online support
I recieved an email saying 'NBN Cancellation request received' and my service has been cut off but I did not request this.
I am overseas and it's costing a fortune in international phone calls to get this rectified. I called immediately on receipt of the email and have not been able to find someone to reverse the transfer.
How can someone else do this to my account without TPG checking with me first?
I need my account reinstated asap.
