I can log in and ask questions but I can't successfully log in to my account.

I'm trying to use reset Password,but notification failed. I tried many times but the results are the same.
I am sure the account and password are correct.how can I do

Hi @arrowlin551960, password reset link is now being sent via SMS to the mobile number registered on the account. Did you receive any? Could you also share the error that you're getting?

 

Also, you can send us a private message with your customer ID or username so we can have a look into your account.

I can't log into my account and I try to used
”Reset Your Password”, but the display failed.
I just want to log in to my account,and get my refund.
