My internet lost connection for 3 days, and no one has helped with my request for assistance

I'm really dissatisfied with the service at TPG Australia. We lost the connection 3 days ago, and when we tried to be patient after calling for support was not responded for 3 days, we could not tolerate anymore with the service here. After all, why is this not handled after the provided amount of times eventhough we pay the monthly fees?

We got in touch for a short time; after asking for Mac address we sent them (again); they still haven't resolved the issue yet; there is no compensation for our loss of this service yet
