When is my plan upgrade likely to go through to NBN50? I initially requested and was told it was being processed more then 48 hours ago. My husband and I both work from home and need this sorted ASAP. Can someone please call me to update on progress or just fix it ASAP on the system? Ive been really disppointed by the lack of service over the last few days. A phone call takes a few mins and would resolve the majority of issues people are experiencing!!
