I am soo frustrated trying to upgrade my plan to a fast nbn bundle. There is absolutely no help or support whatsoever. Been a loyal customer for close to 10 years and this is the first time I’m thinking about changing service providers. The way you guys are handling the support arm of your company is shocking, not sure who is in charge there?! so many people looking for jobs atm, hire some call centre staff??? Whenever I try to reach you via an avenue, it takes me to another link that suggests the app(which DOES NOT WORK!!!). Seriously. There are so many threads regarding your app login that doesn’t work, shouldn’t that issue be fixed by now?
