Get online support
We made an appointment to have our NBN connected. Wait time was approx 2-3 weeks. In the meantime, we have pretty shabby internet connection (TPG's own contractor came out to try and address it for us, and he acknowledged we would have patchy coverage at best until NBN was installed). Yesterday was NBN connection day...hooray! Well, maybe not. Noone turned up. My partner rang and had to make another appoint with (you guessed it) another few weeks wait time. No apologies from TPG at all. We are over the questionable service level from this provider (did I mention we had no landline phone for months? with no compensation?). Just sharing my story for others.

It would be the NBN not keeeping the appointment; not TPG, wouldn't it?
