Need to reset an slave email password

Hi I have deleted my wifes password for a slave email account and I am having trouble resetting it, its an old account and each time I follow the forgot password nothing seems to happen.

We'd like to check on the account for you to be able to change the password of it.

Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number along with the slave email.
