Rang with an internet issue was told by tech support that a new policy was in place and I need to prove I am who I am before they will help me. That’s fine except you wait until I have an issue and refuse to help until I do that, How long will that take, Oh that could take 2 days to resolve then we can help, so why am I only hearing about this now that I have an issue, oh it’s just Convenient that way, yes convenient for you not me. Customer service 0 privacy policy team 0 customer of 5 years leaving for obvious reasons
