No connection to global roaming

We have set up global roaming back in Australia 1.5 weeksf ago. We are currently in Sweden and have not been able to use it. We have been told that we need to top up our account but we have not set up a ore paid account. And there are no options for us to do additional payments anyway. We have emailed the with this information, with no response. We desperately need our global roaming to work but have had no assistance from the
