No internet after storm DSL link blnkingg

After the storm yesterday, i can't access the internet, my nbn modem DSL light blinking off and on. Does this relate to NBN media layer problem or tpg connection authentication problem? I was tod my problem required nbn on site! In the past, tpg technician did help resolve the issue without nbn involved.

Indicate your NBN connection type.

The rain may have caused a problem with DPU under footpath (FTTC).
