Not sending emails but receive ok

Hi I have outlook 2007 and all of a sudden it’s saying I can’t send due to the server no longer supporting the encryption type I have specified

Can you check if your Outlook 2007 is the TLS version is still 1.0 or 1.1? This is no longer supported and you need to update the TLS to the 1.2 or 1.3 version.

You may also check the outgoing mail server if it's the same here: https://support.tpg.com.au/email-settings
