Hi,
I first-time input the TPG SIM to my phone (one-plus), and APN setup done and tested able to surf net, but unable to make a phone call.
and phone prompt asks for PUK CODE, so can I have that?

Are you using a TPG AU SIM or TPG SG SIM? If AU, please shoot me a private message with your mobile number or customer ID number for us to look into it further.
