Payment problem

I applied for cancel service on May 18th, but my new payment period is 20th, so the fee was deducted again on May 20th. But my cancel application was approved on May 22, so I was charged another amount of money, and the Internet was cut off.
I don't think that's reasonable (I hope I'm wrong).
