As of the beginning of this year I have not been able to receive phone calls from TPG. The calls go straight to voice mail, my phone never rings. Every other call, both business and private can be received normally. It is only TPG that cannot ring me. I have no idea why and TPG do not want to know about it.
Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone have any suggestions of what can be done?
