Plex port forwarding 32400 not working

Hi, we have been connected to NBN just receently I have a NAS server running Plex but I'm not able to connect to my plex server externally using port forwarding 32400 is there a port that TPG recommends to use for Plex server?

Thanks for raising this. We will check this with our Technical Team and provide you an update when it's available.

Note: TPG do not block any ports. This means you are allowed to run Web servers (Port 80) and E-mail Servers (SMTP Port 25).
