Hey guys for the past six months I've had drop out after drop out with the NBN, not too mention speeds way below what I'm paying for. Now after a month of you guys sending someone to fix it I've discovered I now have a possum infestation in my roof. Why ? Because the tradesman you sent to fix my NBN left a roof tile off the roof where not only possums have got in but also water causing damage to my eves on my house. WTF guys your poor workmanship has caused not only a pest problem to fix but damage to my house. To say I'm mad is an understatement.
